If you would like to explore the option of having your dental treatment done under general anaesthetic and you have a regular dentist, first check with your dentist to see if he/she is accredited to the Day Surgery.

If your dentist is accredited he/she will be familiar with the booking procedure and will make the arrangements for you.

If your dentist is not accredited, call our office staff who will give you the name of an accredited dentist to contact.

You will need to be assessed by the dentist who will carry out your dental work. This is generally done at their surgery where they will explain to you the procedure and give you the pre-admission form. You will be required to return the forms to the Day Surgery at least one week before your admission, either by fax, mail or delivery in person. When the form is received, our office staff will contact you and fully inform you about the admission process.
